Dead Sea : The Dead Sea is a salt lake bordered by Jordan to the east and Israel and Palestine to the west. Its surface and shores are 430.5 metres (1,412 ft) below sea level, Earth's lowest elevation on land.

It is believed Jesus was born at this place in Bethlehem

Masada is an ancient fortification in the Southern District of Israel situated on top of an isolated rock plateau, akin to a mesa.

Jericho is a city in the Palestinian Territories and is located near the Jordan River in the West Bank. Archaeologists have unearthed the remains of more than 20 successive settlements in Jericho, the first of which dates back 11,000 years (9000 BCE), almost to the very beginning of the Holocene epoch of the Earth's history.Copious springs in and around the city have attracted human habitation for thousands of years. Jericho is described in the Hebrew Bible as the "City of Palm Trees".
